PQ® stands for Positive Intelligence®—a science-based framework created by Shirzad Chamine that helps you strengthen the “muscles” of your positive mind (your Sage) and weaken your inner Saboteurs (the patterns that cause stress and self-doubt).

How much time does this take each day?

Just 5 minutes total. The goal is to create calm through consistency, not long sessions.

What if I miss a day?

No problem. Each message stays available for replay any time.

When does it start and end?

December 1st through 21st. Three weeks of small, powerful practices--ending right before the solstice.

Are there any live meetings?

No. You can do everything on your own schedule during this 3-week program. Listen to the recordings at any time of day that is convenient to you.
